Our Culture

At Larsen Walsh we believe in contributing to the societies that we live in, not off them. That’s why we support many charities, societies and organisations that aim to leave the world in a better place than they found it. Every month we contribute to the causes below. We have also put a permanent legacy in place to make sure the work continues long after we are gone. There are links at the bottom of the page if you would like to learn more and support us in our cause.

You’re OK,
I’m OK.

At Larsen Walsh we don’t just unpack the Pride flag once a year, we have made diversity a key strength in our business. We have always understood what it means to be different.

The business world has undoubtedly come a long way in recent years to become more inclusive – but we still believe it has some way to go. We will continue to champion the need for a greater sense of community and acceptance wherever we operate.

Building a legacy that outlives us.

“Society prospers when we plant trees whose shade we know we will never sit in.”

The UK has lost over 50% of its wildlife in the past 30 years and 1 in 10 species are under the threat of extinction.

In other parts of the world an elephant is slaughtered every 15 minutes. That’s over 20,000 every single year. We wanted to do something to change this.

Every month we contribute to the above causes and once we are no longer part of this planet, a permanent legacy will be given to good causes, in the hope we leave the world just a little bit better off than we found it.
